Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are hand-packaged and processed within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your artisanal goods.

We offer a flat rate of $8 for standard domestic shipping within the contiguous United States. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over $75.

flight International Shipping

International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unopened, sealed items within 30 days of the delivery date. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pure Bee experience, so if you have any concerns, please reach out to our team.

While we take great care in packaging glass jars, transit issues can occur. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please take a clear photograph of the damaged product and the shipping box. Send these images along with your order number to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will expedite a replacement order immediately at no cost to you.
